Annual General Meeting.
The AGM of the society was held on 04.05.2008. All the members of the
society attended the meeting. After welcoming all the members, working
and guests the secretary of the organization requested the president to
take the chair so that the meeting may be started.
After occupying the chair by President and Minister, addressed the
members that, during the year ending on 31st March 2011. The organization
has carried out several activities. After that the copy of audited
accounts were distributed among the members showing the Receipt &
Payment during the referred period of Rs. 8,02,086.00/- (Rupees Eight Lac Two Thousand Eighty Six
Only)
The Minister further emphasized upon the significant achievements during
the period and talked about the further plans of the society. The
achievement of the society during the period under consideration was in
form of successful implementation and handing of the programs as below.

DISABLE WELFARE PROGRAMMES.
The society has been regularly involved in helping the disabled and
handicapped persons by providing them necessary support both financially
and morally. Effective steps are being taken to rehabilitate and make the
disabled self-reliant. Some of these disabled persons are attending the
typing and tailoring programme also free of
cost. This is a noble step taken by the society and appreciated by
everyone. The society has taken a number of steps including distribution
of necessary equipments to the handicapped. Further it has plans to
establish a special school for handicapped. Other measures taken by the
society includes raising awareness about the handicapped so that they do
not get separated in the society. The society organized a special among
the winners. Such competition helps in raising the level of
self-confidence of the handicapped children.

AIDS, TB, MALARIA & CANCER AWARENESS PROGRAMME
THE camp has been organized by this society at District- Rampur (U.P.) in support of educated peoples and
doctors about the cause of AIDS, Cancer and Hepatitis A & B, and the
precautions that one should take at the time of taking injections, blood
donation & receivable and intercourse etc. Several expert &
doctors attended the programme. The doctors
told about causes of Aids especially to the illiterate persons, Truck
driver and those who usually goes to any major city and make intercourse
with other sex. No disease has ever ended the life, the AIDS does. HIV
has becomes the biggest challenge before the mankind, as because it is as
infectious disease the danger that it poses is immense. The only way to
escape AIDS is to be aware of all the ways in which AIDS can take place.
After this programme public concer
and awareness on cancer and hepatitis were organized in rural and urban
areas in District Rampur (U.P.)

HEALTH & FAMILY PLANNING CAMP.
Considering very high level of reluctance on part of the villagers to
adopt the family planning methods the population explosion has taken
place causing deterioration in the available resources like food,
education, housing, employment, opportunities etc. A Camp was organized
by this society at District Rampur (U.P.) to raise awareness about the effects of the
disproportionate growth in the population. Help of audio-visual
techniques was taken make the presentation more effective. At the end of
the camp condoms and contraceptive pills were distributed among the
villagers. The villagers were encouraged to adapt the notion only one
child per couple. Further it is observed that many couples in
anticipation of one may child give birth to a number of girl children. An
attempt was made to teach them the reality the modern era that virtually
there is no difference between the male and female child. Both boys and
girls are equal in the sense that the girls have the some opportunities
as do have its boys. The participants highly appreciated this educational
program. In this reproduction & child health programme,
free medicine & vaccination of Polio, Tetanus, Diphtheria
were given. The medicine and vaccination not only make child immunity
strong but also profited them lot.

EXPS ON WELFARE OF OLD AGED PEOPLE.
A day care center is running by society at Rampur. The
society provides all kinds of facilities and care to 40 old age persons
belonging to very poor class families. The society takes full care of
their emotional, familiar and health needs. The efforts
of this society has been well appreciated by the authorities and
the society at large. The old age home (Day Care) was shelter to old age
persons who belonging from age group of above 65 years.

WOMEN & CHILD WELFARE PROGRAMME.
Family and child welfare programme aimed at
making aware about reproduction generation and theyre financially independence. This programme
was organized by this Society at, Distt. Rampur (U.P). The programme was attended by from all walks of the life
and it was felt by the attendant that this kind of programme
are very useful in the society like ours where women and child awareness
about their fundamental right executed by different Govt. department for
welfare of the women & child either it is in education, employment on
technical guidance etc.
The women participating in the programme were
informed about the need for education in the self, reliance of the womens. They realize the need for education and agreed to send
their children particularly the girls child to school.
Second object of this programme was considering

ADULT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME.
Now has been decided by management committee that the start total
literacy programme will now & operate to
non Formal education center. This approach would enable the enormous
illiteracy problem to be tackled in a holistic manner by treating the
importing of functional literacy as a continue rater than as a one of
benefit for the illiterate person, progress of literacy effort would be
made goal directed literacy programmed would continue to run in distt.- Rampur
where there large pools of residual illiteracy. At the some time for
those who have crossed the basic learning phase programmed of
consolidation remediation vocational skills integration with life skills
and ouch other aspects would be considered the basic unit. Non formal
education center are conducing by Mahila Kalyan Evam Janam Niyantran Samiti in several villages of Distt.- Rampur and all centers
are successful running condition..

VOCATIONAL & COMPUTER TRAINING PROGRAMME.
The society has always kept in mind that the vocational training is the
need of our to reduce the effects of the
unemployment. To achieve this goal the society has started Type and short
hand training at Distt.-
Rampur (U.P.) in rural area. During the
financial year under the review 40 students were trained in typing and
short hand. Many of these trainers are now self-employed. In order of
trade training the society has started a training center for youth and
provided training in field of knitting and tailoring. The main aim of
this programme is to make the trainees so
settled that they might become self-dependent and stand on their own
feet.
Many youth took training from this center in last year. This center is
discharging its duties very effectively and earns good name and fame for
the society. Many students of the society have started their own kitting
and tailoring businesses. The student includes both boys and girls and
the trainers provide them training in the dresses, which are in fashion
for the time being. Not only are these trainees encouraged to create
their own designs.
